Food Pairing

A little follow-up to my last post. If, like me, you’re interested in unusual food combinations (mackerel and rhubarb, kiwi and oyster, potato and coffee…), you should check out a new blog called Food Pairing. They seem very keen on a particular restaurant that I’ve wanted to go to for a while now called “L’Air du Temps“, which makes me suspicious that there’s some kind of connection between the two, but then again they’ve only done a handful of entries so far, so maybe they’ll broaden their range as time goes on.

I’ll certainly be using them as a source of restaurant recommendations (if not necessarily ideas for recipes to try at home) in the future.
